On Oct. 19, the West Virginia Children's Home presented Debbie Arbogast with a certificate from the honorable West Virginia governor, Earl Ray Tomblin.

The certificate, which was presented by the home's director, Carson Markley, was in appreciation for Mrs. Arbogast's dedication to the youth at the Children's Home.

According to Markley, "Mrs. Arbogast for years has dedicated her services to helping the youth and staff at the Children's Home and it gives me great pride to present this certificate on behalf of our governor and recognize the good work of a good person in our community."

Mrs. Arbogast, a resident of Norton, is the mother of one son, Adam Arbogast.
