BAKER - Katelyn Wills had 19 points to lead Moorefield past rival East Hardy 52-37 Friday in Potomac Valley Conference action.
Beth Cook added 10 points, while Tara George chipped in with nine points for the Lady Yellow Jackets (1-3), who led 13-8 at halftime and 27-24 after three quarters of play.
Marilyn Cassell finished with a team-high 16 points, while Rayann Foltz chipped in with 10 points for the Lady Cougars.
East Hardy will host Pendleton County at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday for a PVC matchup.
Moorefield will visit Tucker County at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

TENNERTON?- Buckhannon-Upshur picked up its first win of the season with a 44-21 win over Pocahontas County Friday night in non-conference action.
The Bucs, who lost to Lincoln in their opener, improve to 1-1.
It was the season opener for the Warriors.
B-U will return to action at 4 p.m. today against Hampshire for a non-conference contest.
Pocahontas County will be back in action at 7:30 p.m. Monday at non-conference opponent Webster County.
