Two Lewis County residents entered pleas of guilty on Dec. 14 in United States District Court in Elkins before Magistrate Judge John S. Kull.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that Lawan Gaddy 24, and Tiffany Roach, 23, entered pleas of guilty to providing a false statement to a Federal Firearms Licensee in the Acquisition of a Firearm on September 20, 2011. Gaddy, who is in custody pending sentencing, and Roach, who is on bond, each face up to 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda E. Wesley and investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
