Several members of the Woman’s Club of Elkins recently gathered to make personal hygiene kits for the residents of the Davis House. The home away from home for cancer patients was chosen by club members as their community service project. The kits contain toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, mouthwash, lotion and slippers. Ladies in the club made cloth bags to hold the various items. Pictured are Janice Gongola, Vera Klug, Diana Vannoy and Sandy Grahame. Donna Langevin, community service project coordinator, was responsible for organizing the event.
