Employee of Cowgirl Up Inc. Brian Moore operates an excavator along U.S. Route 219/250 Thursday as he works to place an additional 10-inch water line in Beverly. Based out of Simpson, W.Va., crews of Cowgirl Up have completed roughly 50 percent of the water line work, according to Cowgirl Up Engineer Dennis Elbon. Elbon said the new water line does not necessarily replace the already-present water lines, but allows greater water volume to flow throughout the town.
