Noble Edward "Bubby" Auvil, 87, a resident of the Brushy Fork community, St. George, departed this life early Sunday morning, Dec. 30, 2012 at his home with his devoted daughter, Paula, at his bedside. He had been in declining health for the past year and critical health for the past three months.
The family received friends Thursday at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons. Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home parlor today at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Pat Cassidy will officiate, and interment will follow in Pifer Mountain Cemetery at St. George.
