Igor Premasunac followed with a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds for Davis & Elkins.

Dixon chipped in with seven points, while D'Quan Lynch had six points and nine rebounds for the Senators.
Nic Hammond also had six points for Davis & Elkins.
"This is a much-needed, hard-fought win tonight," Davis & Elkins coach Bruce Martin said. " It was a" total team effort and hopefully it is the start of more good things from this team. A-B is a great ball club, and I have a ton of respect for their program."
Malcolm Tatum finished with a team-high 18 points and seven rebounds, while Kurklin Bohanon added 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Battlers (10-4).
Roy Brown followed with 11 points for Alderson-Broaddus.
Davis & Elkins entertains rival Wesleyan at 7:30 p.m.Thursday for a WVIAC matchup.
Alderson-Broaddus visits Seton Hill on the same day for a conference matchup at 7:30 p.m.

PHILIPPI?- Jordan Lykes had 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Davis & Elkins past rival Alderson-Broaddus 59-43 Monday in West Virginia Conference action at Rex Pyles Arena.
Page Turner followed with 13 points, while Ashley Magallanez and Maquasia Ferebee had six points each for the Lady Senators (8-7, 7-4 WVIAC), who led 37-18 at halftime.
Ferebee grabbed five rebounds for Davis & Elkins. Alicia Lentz chipped in with five points, while Beth Gribble added four points for D&E.
Cayla Rhodes had a team-high 12 points and grabbed three rebounds to lead the Lady Battlers (4-10, 3-7).
Amanda Peoples added eight points and grabbed 10 rebounds for A-B.
Shirshawna Dowdy followed with seven points, while Leah Hurst and Erica Brooks had five points each.

Davis &?Elkins entertain rival West Virginia Wesleyan at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

High School Wrestling
WESTON?-?The Elkins High School wrestling team competed in the Lewis County Invitational tournament Saturday.
The Tigers finished 3-2 in the tournament defeating South Harrison, Liberty (Harrison) and the X-Team (Extras from each team). Elkins lost to Preston and Lincoln.
Elkins was led by Devan Collins (285) going 4-1, while Devon Young (126) also went 4-1.
Elkins (11-11) travels to Preston on Wednesday for a meet starting at 5 p.m.
High School Girls
Strasburg (Va.) 47, Moorefield 41
MOOREFIELD - Starsburg (Va.) defeated Moorefield 47-41 Monday in non-conference action.
Beth Cook had 11 points, while Shaynna Vetter added eight points for the Lady Yellow Jackets (6-8).
Taylor Zuber chipped in with seven points for Moorefield.
The Lady Yellow Jackets travel to Pocahontas County at 7:30 p.m Wednesday for a PVC?matchup.
Pendleton?County 80, Highland County (Va.) 42
FRANKLIN - Danielle Gray had 20 points and pulled down nine rebounds to lead Pendleton County past Highland County (Va.) 80-42 Monday in non-conference action.
Seara Mallow added 19 points, while Raven Turner chipped in with 14 points for the Lady Wildcats (7-5), who led 39-19 at halftime and 61-29 after three quarters of play.
Hillary Ord added 10 points for the Lady Wildcats.
Pendleton County entertains Tygarts Valley at 7:30 p.m. Friday for a conference matchup at 7:30 p.m.
