Colby Gainer followed with 13 points, while Logan Phillips added 10 points for the Tigers (12-8), who led 38-25 at halftime and 56-36 after three quarters of play.
L.J. Lawrence had 10 points, and Brandon Roth had eight points and pulled down 17 rebounds for Elkins.
Tyler Shreve also had eight points for EHS.
Tyler Sprouse had 18 points, while John Wilfong chipped in with eight for the Indians.
"This was a great win for us," Elkins coach John Lawson said. "I thought this was the best game we've played all season, and I thought defensively we played well, especially Brandon Roth with 17 rebounds."

Cary Robertson fired in 20 points, while Spencer McCoy followed with 11 points for the Warriors.
