At 7 p.m. Friday, the Randolph County Licensed Practical Nursing Program will celebrate the graduation of its 20th class. The event will take place at the Elkins High School Auditorium, and coordinator/instructor Edna Croston invited former graduates of the program and the public to join in the milestone. Ruth Caplinger, initial coordinator of the LPN program, will be guest speaker.
