The lesson for the evening was given by Bennett, and it was called "Would You Like to be Happier?" We know that people who report being happy with their lives live longer, have fewer heart attacks, sleep better, report less depression and have more friends and a supportive family. The key to happiness is training yourself to focus on the present moment.
