Dakota Pritt earned second place in the Regional Tractor and Lawn Mower Career Development event, which took place in Hardy County on June 3.

Not only did he have to negotiate an intricate obstacle course laid out with only inches to spare, but he also had to answer written test questions and identify equipment parts.

He represented Randolph County at the state contest July 10 during the State FFA Convention.
