Most little girls dream of being crowned queen when they are young, and that childhood wish became a reality for two local girls Saturday night at Camp Pioneer in Beverly.

Eleven girls vied for the opportunity to represent Randolph County as Miss Randolph County Fair and Miss Teen Randolph County Fair during the 2013 pageant.

Makenzie Cooper, 17-year old daughter of Terry and Roxanna Cooper of Elkins, was selected as 2013 Miss Randolph County Fair.
