Kelcie Patrice Mullins

Kelcie Patrice Mullins of St. Albans has been chosen as a princess in the 77th Mountain State Forest Festival by Sen. Brooks McCabe.

Mullins is the daughter of Willa Mullins of St. Albans and Greg and Kelly Mullins of Milton. She is the granddaughter of Sarah and Frank Mullins of Milton and Beverly Frame of St. Albans. She has one brother, Tucker Welch, and a sister, Alyson Mullins.

Kelcie graduated from Saint Albans High School with the class of 2012. She is an Upward Bound Math Science participant for five years at West Virginia State University. She is member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Alpha Phi Omega. She is a double-major in history and biology and a double-minor in education and middle school math. She is currently attending Davis & Elkins College, and upon graduation, she would like to teach history at Tucker County High School. Her hobbies include reading, drawing, painting and writing.
