Pamela Kay Taylor Nitz, 53, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Wednesday evening, Sept. 4, 2013, at the Hospice Inpatient Care Center in Elkins.
Pam was born Monday, Jan. 4, 1960, in Elkins, a daughter of the late Lawson Taylor and Opal Marie Fincham Taylor. On Oct. 10, 1987, in East Dailey, she was married to Jonathan Nitz, who survives.
Also left to cherish Pam's memory is one son, Jason Allen Daniels of Martinsburg; five sisters, Janet McCartney, Debbie Whitcomb Roberta Shreves, Marcy Fincham, and Lisa George; five brothers, Mike Taylor, Lloyd Taylor, Jack Taylor, Timmy Taylor and David Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.

Pam was preceded in death by an infant son, Keith Bradley Daniels; a brother, Gary Taylor; and an infant sister and brother.
Pam had attended the schools of Randolph County and was a homemaker. She was a very giving person and also, an excellent cook, especially when it came to her desserts. However, due to severe Crohn's disease, she was frequently unable to enjoy the pleasure of eating with her family and friends. She also enjoyed planting flowers, and she loved her chihuahua, Lily.
Visitation will be held at the Way of Holiness Church in Buckhannon on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the funeral hour. The Rev. Jerry Murrell will officiate, and interment will follow at Mountain State Memorial Gardens in Gilman.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to the Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
