Tables are set and awaiting diners in the dining areas of Adaland Mansion at Philippi for the last of five Celebrate Local! dinners, this summer season's specialty dinners featuring local foods and the local and regional chefs who prepare them. Lucy Williamson, Adaland's own chef of 10 years, is the final guest chef, and she will be preparing a sumptuous buffet dinner that is guaranteed to delight her dinner guests at the Oct. 20 buffet.
Adaland and the Barbour County Community Garden Market have partnered throughout the summer to treat diners to the finest local and regional fresh produce, meats and breads, all of which have graced the tables at Adaland for this highly successful dinner series.
