Jim Gifford, back left, the president of the Upshur County Classic Wheels Car Club, presents a $500 check to social worker Barbara Kincaid, director of the Central West Virginia Center for Pregnancy Care, back right. The check is used to purchase car seats for families in need. On either side of ‘Baby Sarah,’ a doll displayed in one of the donated car seats, is CWVCPC board secretary Roberta Eubank, left, and board president Ann Cosner. The CWVCPC is an organization that relies solely on donations to help mothers and fathers, regardless of income. The car club hosts events with the purpose of supporting various charities within the county. Since 2010, the car club has provided enough funds to purchase more than 400 car seats.
