Alfreda Yvonne Cutright Moore, 78, a resident of Brandenburg Street in Belington, departed this life at 1:10 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2014, in Davis Medical Center at Elkins. She had been declining health for quite some time.
She was born Oct. 8 1935, at Valley Head, the daughter of the late Stanley Ellis and Ruby May Rader Cutright.
She was twice married. First to Everette Brown and second to Paul Moore, whom both have preceded her in death.
She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Lynn Schott and husband, Steve, of Ligonier, Pa., Cheryl Kay Harris and companion, Jerry, of Belington, and Cindy May Davis, of Belington; three sons, Gregory L. Brown and wife, Jill, of Onego, Randall E. Brown, of Louisa, Va. and Timothy E. Brown, of Belington.
Also surviving are one brother, Archie B. Cutright of Warren, Ohio, 16 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one infant son, Leonard Hugh Brown; a brother, Allen B. Cutright; and one grandson, Benjamin Herron.
Mrs. Moore was a graduate of the Tygarts Valley High School, and was a former EMT with the Belington Emergency Squad. She was active in PTA and had served as president. She was member of the Belington No. 68 Order of Eastern Star, and retired in 1992 from the Elkins Regional Convalescent Center. She was a Methodist by faith
Friends will be received at Talbott Funeral Home 56 N. Brandenburg Street in Belington, from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. At the request of the deceased, Mrs. Moore will be cremated.
