ELKINS - Fairmont Senior erupted for eight runs over the final two innings to earn a 15-7 victory over Elkins Tuesday night in Big 10 Conference action at the EHS field.
The Tigers trailed 5-3 before plating three runs in the second on the strength of two Polar Bear errors, along with an RBI from sophomore catcher Cole Harlan.
Fairmont Senior answered with two run in the fourth, three in the fifth and five in the sixth.

Harlan led the Tigers at the plate by going 3 for 4 with two doubles and four RBIs. Joseph Severino, Cameron Clarkson, Colby Gainer and Tyler Shreve all added hits.
Caleb Riggleman took the loss, allowing seven runs on nine hits in 3 2/3 innings.
Only three of the runs were earned and he finished with two strikeouts.
Bailey Mohr earned the win, allowing seven runs - three being earned - on seven hits in 5 1/3 innings. He fanned six and walked five.
Austin Norman led the Polar Bears (3-0, 3-0 Big 10) at the dish, going 2 for 4 with four RBIs.
"We had our scoring chances but couldn't capitalize," Elkins coach Adam Roth said. "We made some mistakes and couldn't recover from them, especially in the latter two innings.
"I was pleased with our hitting early in the game. ... We just fell off late in the game."
Elkins (1-3, 1-1) will return to action at 7 p.m. Thursday at home against East Fairmont.
