HealthNet called to Mingo wreck

A 1998 International truck, owned by the West Virginia Division of Highways and driven by Timothy Cragg of Elkins, ran off the right shoulder and high centered on a small embankment on US Route 219 South near Mingo on Thursday, according to Chief Deputy B.T. Sharp of the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department. Also responding to the accident were the Valley Head Volunteer Fire Department, Randolph County EMS, HealthNet and the West Virginia Division of Highways, police said.
