ELKINS - Volunteers for the local Salvation Army in Randolph County were honored Saturday with a luncheon at the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library. The organization had lots to celebrate - during 2013, the local group had nearly 20 volunteers who gave 1,080 hours of their time to help others in their time of need.
