Prizes for kids planned at Elkins Raceway
Elkins Raceway and the Mountaineer Insurance Kid’s Club are set to give away two children’s ATVs and 10 Bicycles this Weekend for the Budweiser All-Star Memorial Weekend.
The promotion of free to all children who attend the races and sign-up.
Since all Kids 12 and under get in for free in general admission at the track with an adult, Elkins Raceway has joined forces with Jonathan Kyle of Mountaineer Insurance Services to create a Kid’s Club with tons of prizes being given away each and every racing night as an incentive for kids to be there spending quality time with family and friends. Through a joint effort with Jedson and Gina Liggett of Liggett’s Supply in Mill Creek, the track has purchased nearly 60 bicycles to be given away in multiples for boys and girls each night through the season.
Two Kid’s ATVs, one boys and one girls, also will be given away Saturday night. They were purchased from Pat Elza of Elza’s Cycle and P&M Outdoors who kicked in helmets to go along for the winners.
Business from the local surrounding areas were more than generous in this endeavor to create a weekend hangout for the local kids with prize rewards for their support.

Driver’s who also got involved included Trimble Racing, Knicely Racing, Smith Racing and Keene Racing.
