Post 29 rolls to 8-1 victory over Post 68

BRIDGEPORT -Sean Curtis pitched seven solid innings to lead Elkins Post 29 to an 8-1 victory over Bridgeport on Tuesday night.

Smith led Elkins by going 4 for 5, while Felton, Tyler Shreve and Jake Wyatt each had two hits.

“This was a good win for us,” George said. “We came out and hit the ball well. We are starting to get the lineup set and the right pieces in place.”
