PHILIPPI — Class AA Philip Barbour went head-to-head against the No. 2 AAA team, Buckhannon-Upshur, on Friday, fighting hard but eventually falling 73-57 to B-UHS in a Big 10 Conference matchup hosted at the Colts’ Corral.

“We are just happy to get the win, PB is a tough place to play at. They have good support in the stands.”
Philip Barbour led 22-20 after one period, and was still up 31-29 at halftime.
A 21-13 third period in favor of Buckhannon-Upshur led to B-UHS putting up a 23-13 final stanza to seal the victory.
