Barbour’s Got Talent show set

Barbour All County Sports Organization officials are looking for participants for a talent contest this week.

“If you can sing, dance, twirl, juggle, play a musical instrument or have some other amazing talent, we are looking for you to share that,” said Lori Wetzel.

The group is sponsoring Barbour’s Got Talent at 6 p.m. Friday at Philip Barbour High School Auditorium. Registration is $10 each. Registration forms and rules/regulations are available at Mace’s Pharmacy in Belington and Philippi, Hometown Pizzeria, Philip Barbour High School office, Belington Middle School office, and Philippi Middle School office. Deadline for registration forms is Friday.

Prizes will be awarded in three categories: ages 10 and under, first place winner will receive $25; ages 11 to 18, first place winner will receive $50; and ages 19 and over, first place winner will receive $100.

Tickets for the show are $5 for adults, $3 for ages 3 to 12 and under 2, free.
