Free seminar offered today
BUCKHANNON – St. Joseph’s Foundation will host “Fit for 2014,” a free seminar presenting tips for physical and financial health in 2014.
Don Nestor, foundation board member and certified public accountant with Arnett Foster Toothman PLLC, will present ways to ensure your financial health including the basic tools for estate planning and key documents that everyone should have in place.
Nestor graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Major in Accounting. He is currently in charge of his firm’s Oil and Gas Industry Services Group at its Buckhannon office.
He is a member of the Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia and in 1994 was awarded the IOGA of West Virginia Distinguished Service Award. He was also named the 2009 Oil and Gas Man of the Year by the West Virginia Oil & Gas Festival.
Dr. John O. Mills, who provides in-patient hospitalist services at St. Joseph’s, will discuss important steps you can take now to improve your family’s health in the coming year. Mills received his D.O. from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010.
He served as resident physician in Family Medicine at the United Hospital Center before joining the staff of St. Joseph’s in 2013. He is certified in advanced trauma and cardiac life support as well as in pediatric advanced life support.
