May Day Bridge Luncheon set for Saturday

The Randolph County Community Arts Center is sponsoring a special May Day Bridge Luncheon beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the RCCAC Great Hall. The event is a fundraiser for the Center’s art education and school outreach programs.

“Our bridge event is open to all players,” Doreen Hall, president of the RCCAC, said. “It’s a fun afternoon. It’s a great opportunity to play and at the same time benefit the Arts Center’s educational programs.”

The lunch buffet – prepared by the Arts Center’s talented volunteers – will begin at 11:30 a.m. with bridge time being from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Tickets purchased at the door are $20 each or $80 for a foursome.

The event is open to all bridge players, both male and female. For more information, call the Arts Center at 304-637-2355.

If you would like to play with a particular foursome, let officials know the name of your group.

The Randolph County Community Arts Center, a non-profit organization promoting and supporting the arts in Randolph County and the surrounding areas, is located at the corner of Randolph Avenue and Park Street in Elkins.
