Students can celebrate at Back 2 School Block Party

ELKINS – Students can celebrate getting back to classes at a Back 2 School Block Party Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, 315 Kerens Ave. in Elkins.

The event will kickoff with a 3-on-3 high school/middle school basketball tournament beginning at 9 a.m.

At 11 a.m. more activities including laser tag, a bounce castle, crafts, foods and free school supplies will be offered. Entertainment begins in the church’s Family Life Center at 2:30 p.m. featuring Amnesty, a worship band speaking of how God is moving their lives. At 4 p.m. G-Force Strength Unit will take the stage to perform amazing feats of strength.
