ELZA-CARR: The Elza-Carr reunion will begin at noon today at the Elkins City Park.

THOMASON: The descendants of Martin and Izora Thomason will host the sixth annual Thomason family reunion today at the John and Anita Wright farm, home place of the late Ray Thomason in Long Run. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and a prize for the raffle table. Paper products, drinks and shelter will be provided. Lunch will start at 1 p.m.

THREE SISTERS: The third annual Three Sisters family reunion for all family members of sisters Versie Leidy, Roena Hamrick and Ada Snyder Schuler will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at Stuart Park, Elkins in pavilion 2. MT. CARMEL BAPTIST CHURCH: Homecoming celebration will be held Sunday at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, located next to 4-H Camp in Beverly. The celebration will start at 11 a.m. with special music from Dustin Lambert and then a dinner will be served immediately after service in the fellowship hall.

SMITH: The annual Laban Smith reunion will begin at noon Sunday at the Mountain Farm Campground near Harman. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share and something for the silent auction — one item for a child and one for an adult, if you can.

WEAVER NAZARENE CHURCH: Weaver Nazarene Church’s homecoming will be Sunday. Sunday school will be at 9:45 a.m. with the worship service at 11 a.m. with special singing by Faith Ware. Lunch will follow at 12:30 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.

FRANK CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE: Frank Church of the Nazarene’s homecoming will begin at 10 a.m. Aug. 25 There will be a special speaker and singers followed by a covered-dish dinner. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and stories and pictures to share.

PANTHER CAMP UNITED METHODIST CHURCH: The 50th homecoming at the Panther Camp United Methodist Church at Sully will be Aug. 25. This is also the 100th anniversary of the church which was built in 1919. Sunday School will be at 11 a.m. with dinner on the grounds to follow at 12:30 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and plastic ware and pictures and any memorabilia to share. An afternoon program will begin at 2 p.m. with a business meeting, candlelight memorial service and special singing. For more information, call Ellen Kerns Fortney at 304-632-4639.

CHENOWETH: The 105th Chenoweth reunion will be Aug. 31 at the Chenoweth Shelter on Chenoweth Creek Road. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with lunch at noon. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and item for the raffle along with pictures and memories to share. Table ware will be provided.

CONTE-DAWSON: The Conte-Dawson reunion will begin at noon Sept 1 at Belington City Park. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.

HAYMOND: The annual Haymond reunion will be Sept. 1 at the Arlington Community Building. Dinner will begin at 1 p.m. Table service will be supplied. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.

MOATS: The annual reunion for the descendants of Maxwell Merrill and Bessie Collins Moats will be Sept. 1 at the pavilion at Riverbend Park. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and item for the raffle. Table service and beverages will be provided.

MOUNTAINEER HIGH SCHOOL: Mountaineer High School Alumni Association will host a MHS reunion for anyone who attended Mountaineer High from 1956-1978 on Sept. 1 at the Davis Community Center (old gym). SPONAUGLE: The Sponaugle reunion will be Sept 1 at the Historic Circleville High School. Lunch will begin at noon. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.

ROBERT STARKS, ARBOGAST AND VANDEVENDER: The Robert Starks, Arbogast and Vandevender reunion will begin at noon Sept 1 in the pavilion at the home of Wilma Jolley n Bartow. THOMPSON: Reunion for family and friends of the late Dillon and Hettie Thompson will be Sept. 1 at the home of Hugh Thompson in Sully. Lunch will begin at 1 p.m. Meat, drinks and eating utensils will be provided. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.
