Adult education course open

PARSONS — Tucker County Adult Education can help folks prepare for the career they’ve always wanted.

The program can help participants develop a winning resume, learn effective job interviewing skills and even get professional certifications in customer service and Microsoft Excel.

Participants also can get help in order to prepare for the High School Equivalency Diploma and other standardized tests.

Classes are free to adults at least 17 years of age and all materials are provided. There is no income or residency requirement. The class meets from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday at the Tucker County Board of Education, 100 Education Lane in Parsons.

Online classes also are available.
