Citizens Bank to host Homebuyer Seminar

ELKINS — Citizens Bank of West Virginia will offer a Homebuyer Seminar on April 17 at 6:30 p.m. at its Elkins office, 211 Third St., to help aspiring homeowners learn about the home-buying process.

The seminar is being held in partnership with the Elkins Randolph Board of Realtors and the Homeownership Center. Realtors from Elkins and Tucker Counties, along with Citizens Bank lenders, will be available following a presentation to answer questions.

The seminar will review key points of the home-buying process, choosing the right loan type, the application process, working with the Realtor and closing day. Attendees will receive a closing cost coupon.

“The homebuyer seminar is a free event with no pressure or commitment and ideal for people in all phases of home buying,” said Kathy Leombruno, senior vice president and marketing officer. “The takeaway information for anyone looking to purchase in upcoming months or even learn about the home-buying process will be very helpful.”

Space is limited and registration is encouraged at www.citizenswv.com or on the event tab at https://www.facebook.com/CitizensBankofWestVirginia. There will be refreshments and door prizes.
