Submitted photo The Career Pathway Program at Garrett Regional Medical Center recognizes and rewards the accomplishments of employees willing to improve their skill set and expertise in clinical, clerical and evidence-based practices beyond their daily tasks. The program helps GRMC to enhance and promote high quality patient care as well as reward those employees dedicating themselves to professional development. This year, the program provided over $14,000 in incentives to GRMC employees.
