BUCKHANNON — The Fred Brooks Garden club has enjoyed an informative fall with the offerings of two guest speakers — JoAnna Webb at the September meeting and club member Libby Randall at the October meeting.

JoAnna Webb spoke to the club at the Sept. 16 meeting about the care and growing techniques of her home gown specialty flowers, which she sells to local florists for use in their arrangements. She also makes arrangements herself and sells them through her business — Three Little Buds Flowers. The hostesses for the evening were Linda DeBarr and Sharon Evans.

Club member Libby Randall, who is also a Master Gardner, spoke to the club at the Oct. 21 meeting about how to move into the winter months in the care of their flowers and gardens. The hostesses for the evening were Carolyn Patterson and Jane Godwin.
