LMC takes Silver ADDY award
Agency recognized for its work with Elkins-Randolph County CVB
ELKINS — LMC & Associates (LMC), an Elkins based full-service integrated marketing agency, was awarded a 2019 Silver ADDY Award in the Website category for the development and design of Elkins-Randolph County Tourism CVB’s (ERCT) website. The winners of the ADDY Awards were announced on Feb. 20 in Charleston, West Virginia.
This marks the second ADDY Award win for LMC. The award-winning website has enhanced Elkins-Randolph County’s brand by serving as the hub for tourism information.
The website design reflects the brand and targets the needs of specific audience groups. It uses easy navigation to represent attractions that Randolph County has to offer. Interactive features of the website include social media integration, mobile-friendly design, content management system, robust events calendar, blog, lead form and video gallery.
The website encourages people to discover the “authentic nature” of Randolph County and promotes the area’s activities, events, shops and cozy overnight accommodations. “We couldn’t be more excited about the launch of this new asset for our region,” says Taira Landavere – ERCT Director of Marketing. “The impact this website has had on the county is huge and it’s great to see their team get recognized for all the hard work.”
“We strive to craft exceptional work every day on behalf of our clients,” says Lori Chenoweth, LMC Owner. “ERCT is an outstanding organization to work with and we developed their brand and website with user experience top of mind. The result is a site that reflects what it truly means to visit Randolph County.”
The ADDY Awards are judged and overseen by the American Advertising Federation of West Virginia (AAF-WV) who continue to push the advertising industry forward in the state.
The ADDY Awards is an annual ceremony celebrating the most talented creatives in the state. ADDY award winners are selected in each category by a panel of three out-of-state judges — Judges evaluate the creative dimensions of each entry and assign either a gold or silver award.
