Rental Room opens in Philippi

PHILIPPI — The Rental Room LLC opened its doors in suite 104 at 678 Mansfield Drive in Philippi.

The Rental Room offers 600 square feet of air-conditioned and heated rental space with 44 chairs at handy tables. The meeting room contains bathroom facilities, a refrigerator and freezer, ice bowls, and special seating for the guest of honor. A large gravel parking plot services a clean, new but rustic setting, said owner Brooke Depoy.

“We have space for rent by the hour and discounts for recurring meetings, photography, pop-up vendors shows, and more,” Depoy said.

Depoy is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a B.S. degree in marketing. She is also the owner of BAD Glass Creations and the office manager at the R&T Body Shop.
