Free bluegrass concert set in Beverly Saturday

Crandall Creek will play from the porch of the 1841 County Jail to the audience seated in the grass backyard of the jail. Guests are encouraged to bring their comfiest lawn chair and a friend or two.
The Beverly Heritage Center will have folding chairs available.
In the case of rain, the concert will be moved to the IOOF Grand Hall in Beverly, across from the Beverly Town Square and between the Rusty Spinner and Mi Fiesta Restaurant.
The IOOF Hall has an electric stair chair to reach the second floor event space.
Crandall Creek tours nationally, and they won Bluegrass Group of the Year and Music Video of the Year for “Just 18” at the 2024 Josie Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee.
The “Just 18” music video was filmed in part at the Beverly Heritage Center.
To celebrate finishing the first week of school, the Beverly Heritage Center team will grill hot dogs and bake cookies for the audience to enjoy with a suggested donation.
