Mountain Valley Bank announces promotions

Poling
ELKINS — Douglas K. Weese, President & CEO of Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. has announced the promotions of four members of the bank’s management team.
Christa D. Licwov was promoted to Vice President of Customer Service, Bank Secrecy Act and Security Officer; K. Michelle Pratt was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing; Nora M. Poling was promoted to Loan Administration Officer; and Hunter I. Lanham was promoted to Loan Officer.
Christa Licwov has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Service. Licwov began her career at the Bank of Mill Creek, now Mountain Valley Bank, in 1986 as a teller. She also served as the Executive Secretary at Bank of Mill Creek. She later served as a teller at the Chenoweth Creek branch of Mountain Valley Bank and at the bank’s main office in Elkins. Licwov was promoted to cashier and Customer Service Manager in June 2022.
Licwov is a graduate of Tygarts Valley High School. She has also attended WV School of Banking, ABA banking courses, WVBanker’s Bank Security School and has attended numerous banking related seminars.
Licwov resides in East Dailey with her husband, Vincent, and they have two daughters, Allison Channel and Madison Carr. Licwov has five grandchildren, Elliott, Jaxon, Hadlie, Mylah and Kenley. She is the daughter of Jerry Brown and the late Bernice Brown of Valley Head.

Licwov
Michelle Pratt has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing. Pratt began her career at Mountain Valley Bank in 1994 as a teller, was later promoted to Loan Processor, and then to Human Resources and Marketing Manager in 2022. Pratt also holds the position of CRA Officer.
Pratt is a graduate of Elkins High School and has more than 34 years of experience in the banking industry.
Pratt resides in Elkins with her husband, Seth. They have five children: Curt Conrad, Emily Conrad Timmons, Jaden Pratt, Jaycee Pratt, and Saniya Pratt-Taylor, along with four grandchildren: Liam, Harlow, Genevieve Timmons, and Mya Mayle. Pratt is the daughter of Kenneth and Sharon Burgess of Beverly. Pratt currently serves on the board for the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber of Commerce.
Nora M. Poling has been promoted to Loan Administration Officer. Poling began with Mountain Valley Bank as a teller in April 2015 and was later promoted to the role of Floorplan Administrator and Assistant Loan Officer.
Poling is a graduate of Trumbull Business College in Warren, Ohio, with an associate degree in accounting.

Pratt
Poling resides in Belington with her husband Vernon. They have one daughter, Anita Cole, and two grandchildren, Karissa and Rian Brainard, who reside in Champion, Ohio.
Hunter I. Lanham has been promoted to Loan Officer and serves customers in the bank’s Chenoweth Creek branch. Lanham began his banking career with Mountain Valley Bank as a teller in the bank’s Mill Creek office in 2022 and was later promoted to Assistant Loan Officer.
Lanham is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
Lanham resides in Mill Creek with his wife Abby and their Golden Retriever, River.
