WESTON – Fifty-one indictments on charges such as delivery of drugs, burglary, cruelty to animals and sexual abuse were handed down Tuesday during the July term of the Lewis County grand jury.

Dimitri Larsen was charged with 36 felony counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and 36 felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.

Jason Adam Starcher was charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Shawn Franklin Mayo was charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (oxycodone), one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (oxycodone), one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) and one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana).

Samantha Renee Henline was charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (synthetic marijuana), one felony count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (synthetic marijuana), and one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (synthetic marijuana).

John Wayne Reed was charged with three felony counts soliciting a minor via computer.

Tammy E. Rohrbough was charged with 39 felony counts of forgery or counterfeiting of lottery tickets.
