Randolph grand jury indicts 58 individuals

ELKINS — A Randolph County grand jury returned 63 indictments involving 58 individuals this week. The indictments were released Tuesday afternoon and include:

Brenda Lee Louk, 42, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, a felony, and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony.

Paul Andrew Shaver, 24, of Morgantown, was indicted on two counts of uttering, a felony, and one count of fraudulent schemes, a felony.

In a separate indictment, Shaver was also named in one felony count of uttering and one felony count of fraudulent schemes.

Allen Kay Smith, 67, of Bowden, was named on three felony counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, one felony count of burglary and one felony count of conspiracy.

Jerry W. Smith, 63, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of burglary, one felony count of conspiracy and one misdemeanor count of battery.

Joshua Lynn Hinchman, 22, of Elkins, was named in two felony counts of burglary and one misdemeanor count of attempted petit larceny.

Nicholas T. Bonawitz, 33, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of burglary, one felony count of grand larceny and one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

Freddie Allen Rose, Jr., 27, of Valley Head, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense, one misdemeanor count of assault upon a law enforcement officer, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving, and one misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle exceeding speed limitations.

Raymond Lee Kirkpatrick, 32, of Norton, was named in one felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony, and one count of transporting stolen goods, a felony.

In a separate indictment, Kirkpatrick was indicted on two felony counts of carrying a concealed firearm by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Roger Lee White Jr., 32, of Beverly, was indicted on three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense.

James Richard Norman, Jr., 38, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one felony count of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate.

In a separate indictment, Norman was indicted on two felony counts of burglary, two felony counts of conspiracy, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property and one felony count of receiving stolen goods.

Robert Alan Wolf, 48, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one felony count of threats of terrorist acts, and one felony count of retaliation against a public official or employee.

In a separate indictment, Wolf was named in two felony counts of strangulation and six felony counts of child abuse resulting in injury.

Shaylynn Dawn Burge, 26, of Valley Bend, was indicted on 15 felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

John Wayne Wortman, 30, of Petersburg, was indicted on three felony counts of fraudulent use of an access device, and one felony count of possession of an unauthorized access device.

Tamara Jean Champ, 57, of Elkins, was indicted on six felony counts of forgery and six felony counts of uttering.

Benjamin Logan Tenney, 28, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving, and one misdemeanor count of failure to obey a traffic control device.

Joshua Michael Conti, 18, of Bowden, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, a felony.

Jennifer Nicole Pudder, 40, of Mill Creek, was indicted on two felony counts of parent, guardian or custodian allowing sexual abuse, four felony counts of child neglect creating risk of death or serious bodily injury, and two felony counts of child abuse resulting in injury.

Johnny Ray Hensley, 39, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of sexual assault in the third degree, two felony counts of incest, two felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person in a position of trust to a child, one felony count of sexual abuse in the second degree, 24 felony counts of possession of material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, one felony count of use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct, and one felony count of employment or use of a minor to produce obscene matter.

Sheila Faye Spinks, 59, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury.

Stephen Wayne Nichols, 25, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one felony count of conspiracy, and one misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked for DUI.

Elizabeth Ashley Woody, 29, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one felony count of conspiracy, and one misdemeanor count of possession by a prohibited person of a firearm.

Sandra Kay Youtzy, 50, of Elkins, was indicted on three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances, and one misdemeanor count of possession by a prohibited person of a firearm.

Richard Matthew Mooney, 30, of Grafton, was indicted on two felony counts of possession by a prohibited person of a firearm.

Jonathan William Streets, 23, of Belington, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle while driving under the influence, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving, one misdemeanor count of driving on the wrong side of the roadway, and one misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer.

Samuel Jackson Wamsley, 51, of Stuart, Florida, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense.

Darian Lee Robles, 21, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, one felony count of threats of terrorist acts, and one felony count of retaliation against a public official or employee.

Richard Scott Connally, 29, of Fairmont, was indicted on one felony count of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense.

Shawn Michael Watson, 28, of Fairmont, was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense.

Nicholas Alan Chewning, 31, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving, one misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle exceeding speed limitations, and two misdemeanor counts of failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

Michael David Nine, 33, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of destruction of property, one felony count of grand larceny, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property, and one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering a motor car.

James Kenneth Eddy, 39, of Elkins, was indicted on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes, second or subsequent offense.

Justin Kail Liedy, 39, of Elkins, was indicted on three felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes, second or subsequent offense.

Ricky Allen Fortney, 34, of Elkins, was indicted on five felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Rachel Nicole Smith, 30, of Flatwoods, was indicted on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Kyle Jordan Howard, 22, of Mill Creek, was indicted on one felony count of malicious assault.

Steven Edward Sisler, 45, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of failure to meet an obligation to provide support for a minor.

Jeffrey Todd Gay, 33, of Beverly, was indicted on two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, and one misdemeanor count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances.

Hunter Miller Howell, 48, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Emily Ann Swecker, 27, of Bowden, was indicted on four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate.

In a separate indictment, Swecker was also indicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Travis Gene Woods, 37, of Beverly, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Christina Michelle Maddy, 39, of Elkins, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Linda Louise Bausum, 57, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances.

Starr Raelyn Bausum-Herron, 35, of Elkins, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of knowingly, keeping or maintaining a dwelling, building or other structure or place for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances.

Anthony Allen Long, 30, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of conspiracy.

Daniel Aaron Gilroy, 51, of Elkins, was indicted on three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of conspiracy.

Patsy Meradeth Demary, 40, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of conspiracy.

Kimberly Marie Swecker, 31, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Jason Samuel Chewning, 30, of Beverly, was indicted on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Christopher Lee Myers, 47, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of driving under the influence of alcohol or with a BAC of .08 or higher, third or subsequent offense.

Jeffrey Scott Cooper, 27, of Elkins, was indicted on one felony count of burglary, one misdemeanor count of attempted petit larceny and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.

Tyler Scott Gillespie, 26, of Elkins, was indicted on one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony.

David Ray Gilley, 30, of Morgantown, was indicted on four felony counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance by an inmate, a felony, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Todd Alan Benson, 24, of Clarksburg, was indicted on four felony counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance by an inmate, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Marlesa Renee Tennant, 25, of Morgantown, was indicted on four felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, four felony counts of transportation of a controlled substance onto the grounds of a correctional facility, four felony counts of attempted delivery of contraband to an inmate, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Dwight Howard Clary, 40, of Tunnelton, was indicted on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance by an inmate, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Sierra Jo Norman, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted on two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two felony counts of transportation of controlled substances onto the grounds of a correctional facility, two felony counts of delivery of contraband to an inmate, and one felony count of conspiracy.

Richard Lee Hollobaugh, 33, of Parsons, was indicted on two felony counts of burglary, two felony counts of conspiracy, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property and one felony count of receiving stolen goods.

Heather Lynn Iris Paugh, 38, of Belington, was indicted on one felony count of shoplifting, third offense.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Bond return for the indictments will be at 9 a.m. July 3 in Randolph County Circuit Court in Elkins.
