3rd Street Tattoo bringing color to the local community
ELKINS — 3rd Street Tattoo Studio opened in downtown Elkins last March.
“We wanted to create something new for the community,” said Emily Banton, professional piercer at the studio. “We are bringing more custom work, such as tattoos and piercing that are more for the individual. We offer piercing with custom pieces from the shop instead of only using surgical steel for piercings.”
The parlor hosts a variety of artists who are able to provide more unique original designs and are happy to help create the piece you are looking for.
“I have seen their work from others who have come and got their tattoos from here and they were great work,” said Dailey resident Jeff McGee. “Their Facebook page has a lot of good examples of their work, too. The shop has a great feel.”
The shop features three artists — Jerome Gum, Dustin Standridge and Billy Hall — and one piercer, Banton, as well as an esthetician, Abby Elliott, offering their services. Elliott is offering mircoblading as well.
The business is located at 115 Third Street in Elkins. The hours of operation are Tuesday thru Saturday, noon to 8 p.m. Microblading appointments may be made on Mondays as well.
