The Inter-Mountain photo by Edgar Kelley A ribbon cutting for the grand opening of the Randolph County Democratic Headquarters was held on Third Street in downtown Elkins. Those attending the ceremony were, front row, Julia Stevenson, Mandy Weirich, Cindy Stemple and Wayne Keplinger; back row, Emily Miller, Mary Alice Milnes, Jerry Milnes, Tekoa Jones, Maryann Maxwell Durland, Jesse Milnes, Carol Carter and David Turner. Wanda Leary, Delegate Cody Thompson and Rose Bell attended the event later in the evening. The new headquarters are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
