The Inter-Mountain photos by Edgar Kelley Completely Unchained, the ‘world’s best Van Halen tribute band,’ rocked the Rotary Amphitheater in Elkins Friday night as part of Our Town’s free Summer Concert Series. Attendance for the performance was strong despite the punishing 90-degree heat. Completely Unchained pays tribute to the original Van Halen lineup, which featured Eddie Van Halen on guitar and singer David Lee Roth.
