James Robert ‘Jimi’ Baldwin
Mr. James Robert “Jimi” Baldwin, 50, a resident of Belington, departed this life Saturday morning, June 27, 2020, near Belington, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident.
He was born Feb. 26, 1970, at Petersburg, Va., a son of Douglas Kent and Deborah Lynn Williams Baldwin, who survive at Belington.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three children, Sabrina Baldwin of Philippi, JD Baldwin of Belington, and Cody England of Philippi; two siblings, Mantina Lynn Crane of Martinsburg and Stephen Baldwin of Belington. Surviving grandchildren are Brayden Cole, Tristen Price and Rhea Walters; his loving companion, Shannon Holbert of Belington; and a whole host of friends and extended family also survive.
Jimi was employed by the Sugar Creek Salvage Company near Belington and was a 1988 graduate of Philip Barbour High School. He was avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt. He enjoyed working on his Harley motorcycle and automobiles in general. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A private family visitation will be held at the Talbott Funeral Home in Belington on Tuesday June 30, 2020, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with cremation to follow.
