Steven Craig Judy, 63, of Upper Tract, West Virginia, passed away Monday, Dec. 26, 2022 at his home.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin where a funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating.
Interment will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery at Upper Tract.
