The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. The Rev. David Snyder will officiate and interment will follow at the Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman, West Virginia.
