The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday.
Final Rites will be conducted at the funeral home, Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Keith Miller will officiate and interment will follow at the Elkins Memorial Gardens on the Country Club Road, Elkins, West Virginia.
