William Dean ‘Bill’ Day
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, from 10 a.m. until noon.
Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Saturday at noon. Pastor Adam Snyder will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at Parsons, West Virginia.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for William Dean “Bill” Day.
