Peggy Lou (Harman) Cooper, 86, of Cabins, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Petersburg, West Virginia.

Peggy’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg, West Virginia.

Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home

Interment will be in Lahmansville Cemetery.
