I'm STILL waiting to hear an apology to citizens of WV. What knucklehead in this paper ever heard an apology? Please "print" it if you can "find" it.

Stressing those involved "had noble intentions, appropriate dreams and a good plan," Tomblin said investigations of the purchase by both state and federal officials "have raised concerns that we must address."

Uh, please tell me 'how' Tomblin admitted anything? No one believes THIS was even minutely 'thought out' by this administration. Total and complete stupidity!
