Pure: I've "never" seen an idiot in a road leagal truck off the main road tearing up property. Do you think the Meth heads aren't already cooking in the hills? If so, you're sadly mistaken. I'm sure you're for gun control too. It's not the guns or the 4 wheelers doing the damage, it's the law breaking citizens using them!

My reading of the article gives me to understand that ATV and UTV's would only be allowed on forest roads just like they are allowed on roads without center lines here in WV. I have ridden my ATV a few thousand miles in Randolph and Tucker counties over a three year period. My ATV could do no more damage to the dirt roads than a four wheel drive pick up truck. The problem is when people get off the roads and destroy the land. I would like to see a law that would take away and ATV or UTV and a huge fine for anyone caught off road on NF land.
