Two candidates for Junior Princess have been added to the list of 4- and 5-year-old girls competing in Saturday's West Virginia Strawberry Festival's Junior Royalty Pageant.
Annabelle Faith Caynor, 4, of Buckhannon, is the daughter of Michelle and Nicholas Caynor. She is a pre-kindergarten students in the Upshur County Head Start program, and she enjoys ballet and tap dancing, coloring, reading books, watching "Dora the Explorer," going to school and attending church.
Katelyn Smith, 4, of French Creek, is the daughter of Ernest and Donna Smith. She is a pre-kindergarten student at Hinkle Drive Head Start, and she enjoys dancing, singing, spending time with family and friends and going to church.
Also, an additional candidate for the 6- and 7-year-old category has been announced.
Caylee Simons, 7, of Buckhannon, is the daughter of Nicholas and Alyciann Simons. She is a first-grader at Volga-Century Elementary School, and she enjoys gymnastics, soccer and being outdoors.
The pageant will be held at Buckhannon-Upshur High School at 1 p.m. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children ages 12 and younger.
